Вильямс Джордж Вашингтон

Американский историк. Род. в 1849 г., по происхождению мулат. Был американским посланником в Гаити. Написал: "History of the negro race in America from 1619 till 1880" (1883), "History of the negro troops in the war of the rebellion" (1887) и "History of the reconstruction of the insurgents states" (1889).
